Scope:
Perform stress analysis and FEA for WHRU inlet and exhaust stack including transition piece.
Liquid Metering
Project: HELANG FPSO
Scope:
Provide complete support to client by developing 3D model and perform Structural and Piping Stress Analysis for the system. Issue all the 2D drawings for structural design and piping isometrics for the module.
Gas Metering Skid
Project: HELANG FPSO
Scope:
Provide complete support to client by developing 3D model and perform Structural and Piping Stress Analysis for the system. Issue all the 2D drawings for structural design and piping isometrics for the module.
Boiler Module Piping Stress Analysis
Project: HELANG FPSO – BOILER MODULE
Scope:
Complete pipe Stress analysis of the module lines, including Steam system , and Exhaust stack system.
Perform Mechanical Calculation for Equipment design including FEA analysis for Nozzle external load verification.
Separex Membrane Skids
Project: GAS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT JAMBARAN – TIUNG BIRU FIELD UNITIZATION (ONSHORE PROJECT)
Scope:
Total Scope of 6 skids 6 typical stage 1 skids and one second stage skid , our scope is to completely design the skid including Pipe Routing, Pipe Stress Analysis and Structural Analysis. And develop 3D model for the skid.
Samarang Redevlopment Project PHASE 2 EOR
Scope:
Provide engineering support to Samarang Redevelopment Phase 2 EOR Project which includes Pipe Stress Analysis of 750 lines (Process, system & Fire Water system), Isometrics generation, equipment design , CAD services for GA layout & support design.
